278 residential unit tower with fitness, and co-working space
1400 W. Randolph will be a new 275,000 square foot, 25-story, 278 residential unit tower. Features of the building will include an exterior pool deck and indoor gyms on levels 3 and 18. There will also be a dog park and dog wash area. A 111-space parking garage will be provided on levels 2 and 3 of the building. Additional features of the building include a bike storage room, package room, amenity private entertaining area and lounge, and a co-working area with private office space for residents. There will also be retail areas within the building. The project will break ground in August of 2020, with a completion date of June 2022.
