11-story office building with 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space

345 N. Morgan is a speculative 11-story office building in Chicago’s West Loop owned by Sterling Bay. The building is located north of 311 N. Morgan (ACE Hotel) and directly east of 1000 Carroll. Level 1 contains a tenant fitness amenity, office lobby, utility rooms, and approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Level 2 is a parking level and levels 3-10 are designated tenant floors. Level 11 includes tenant amenity spaces, catering, and mechanical rooms. The project began in late March of 2020, with a scheduled end date of April 2021.
