13-story West Loop project with retail space and amenities

The 320 N. Sangamon project is a 13-story new core and shell office building. The building includes a retail space, main lobby, loading dock on street level, parking garage on level 2, outdoor terrace on level 6, and amenity space, mechanical room, and roof terrace on level 13. The property will call the West Loop neighborhood home. The new structure includes concrete slabs and a steel roof. The facade includes precast, window walls, and metal panels. Finishes include bathroom build-outs on every floor, lobby, and level 13 amenity space build-outs, and pavers, and a green roof at the terraces. 320 N. Sangamon is a 16-month project, ending in February 2021.
