Mixed-use high rise in Chicago’s Fulton Market
400 N. Aberdeen – Fulton Labs is the first life science laboratory space in one of the most sought-after U.S. neighborhoods, Chicago’s Fulton Market. The building is optimized for both science and business and includes the following features: 16 floors, 407,500 sq. ft. of office and lab space for rent, 34,000 sq. ft. column-free floor plates, and 15 ft. of height floor to floor. There will be indoor parking on two floors, with 170 spaces, and two-bay loading docks; one dock will be oversized. There are over 35,000 sq. ft. of valuable amenities, including a conferencing center, active lobby, rooftop lounge and patio, fitness center, natural lighting, and two private balconies per floor. Groundbreaking for this project took place in June of 2020, with a scheduled completion date of April 2022.
