845 W. Madison

​The 845 W. Madison project consists of (2) 17-story buildings connected by a 2-level podium containing building services, parking, retail, and 13 duplex residential units. The north and south towers (floors 3-17) contains 573 residential apartment units. The ground floor will include exterior landscaped entry gardens, apartment lobbies, concierge, bike storage, loading, building services and two retail spaces with black iron provisions for potential commercial kitchens. The loft (second floor) level will house several resident amenities including, a leasing center, co-working lounge, library, and a wellness center. Additional parking is provided on the second level. The 3rd floor includes residential units, resident amenity spaces, and a landscaped outdoor roof deck amenity including a swimming pool and recreational sport features. Building roofs are purposed as additional resident amenities, including outdoor terraces. In addition to the landscaped amenity deck, each tower will have a significant amount of planted roof area.​ This project is scheduled to be completed in February 2021.
