Westhaven Park IID is the seventh phase of redevelopment at the former Henry Horner Homes, totaling approximately 950 mixed-income units. The single precast concrete building project has two portions, a 12-story tower to the north and an attached 4-story building to the south. There will be a total of 96 residential units and 3 commercial storefronts, as well as a management office, maintenance facility, resident community and amenity space, and indoor parking for both cars and bicycles.
